Part 1: How to View iTunes Backup Files
Step 1. Get into “Recover from iTunes Backup file” section
Launch dr.fone – iOS Data Recovery. (You can download the software from the "Free Download" buttons below.) Now, hit on "Data Recovery" tab from its main interface. From the upcoming screen, hit on the “Recover from iTunes Backup file” button on left panel to load the list of all the iTunes Backup files which you may have made earlier while backing up your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or iPod.
Step 2: Choose the preferred File

Launch the software post installing it on your computer and hit on "Data Recovery "tab from its main screen interface. Now, from the next upcoming screen, hit on “Recover from iCloud Backup File” button on the left panel to sign in to your iCloud account and download the iCloud backup file (presuming that you have already backed up your data to your iCloud account).
Step 2: Sign in to your iCloud account
From the next interface on your screen, you will be asked to log into your iCloud account. Punch in your iCloud account credentials in the username and password fields respectively.
Step 3: Download the preferred iCloud Backup File
Soon after signing in to your iCloud account, all your iCloud backup files will be detected by the software and loaded into the Chart for your convenience. Select the one that fulfills your requirements and hit on the “Download” button available next to that file.
Now, a pop up window will come up on your screen and you are required to select the desired data types that you wish to download. Hit “Select All” if you wish to download complete package to your computer. Upon download completion, hit “Next”.
Tip: To speed up the process, select only the data types that you require. This will shorten the time required to download the data.
Step 4: Preview and Export the desired data from iCloud Backup File
As soon as the scan completes, the selected data will be loaded up on your screen in different categories. Hit on any data file to preview it. Select the data that you wish to export to your computer and hit on “Export to Mac/PC”.
Part 3: How to View iPhone Backup Files on Computer
Step 1: Launch the software and plug in your iOS device.
Install the dr.fone and launch it. From the main interface, hit on “Data Backup & Restore” and now, using a lightening cord plug in your iPhone to your computer.
Step 2: Choose the preferred dr.fone Backup File & preview it.
The software will automatically detect your device and load the data types with an option at the bottom “To view the previous backup files>>”. Hit on it and it will load all the iSkysoft backup files that you may have made earlier. Select the one that suits your needs and hit on “View” to the data contained in it.
